Many years ago, I owned an antiques shop and art gallery; "Cajun Home Antiques". Upon closing of the shop in 2004, everything was put in a climate controlled storage unit.
It was then that I began focusing on my art career, painting, photography and creating handcrafted jewelry. My art can be found throughout the Gulf Coast Region and online ("ArtbyCat5" or "Catherine C. Norrell"), as well as here on Etsy!
But here I am today, sorting through those old boxes, amazed at the treasure they hold and happy to now offer them for sale, along with my original art, hand painted items and hand crafted jewelry... right here at "The Pelican Place"!
For me, "The Pelican Place" is anywhere along the Gulf Coast, where I have spent the majority of my life.
